Foxbox G20 - Root Files

Greetings

I have just purchased a SMS Foxbox G20.  Before attempting to make some config changes to the box I attempted to backup some of the folders via WinSCP.  In my attempt I inadvertently sychronised the root folder with an empty directory, deleting the contents of the root folder on the box.  Does anyone have any ideas on where I can get the system files that belong in the root folder for the G20?
